All Bella Mia Design Co. products are custom made for you. The entire collection of Bella Mia Design Co. products are tested and used with child safety in mind. Only the highest quality of fabrics are used to make our products.
Please note fabric options could change without notice. Fabric choices may change if they are no longer readily available. If an order is placed and a fabric becomes unavailable you will be contacted within 48 hours.
We are not responsible for personalization orders that are misspelled, unless it is an error on our part. The thread color, trim and accent colors and fabrics, on both personalized and non-personalized items, is based on fabric color and pattern and is determined by Bella Mia Design Co. The font style and placement for personalization is also determined by Bella Mia Design Co. (Lowercase "CHERI" font by default), unless specifically requested by the customer in the Special Instructions field.
Bella Mia Design Co. does not accept returns at this time. We gladly accept exchanges on non-personalized, unused and unwashed merchandise within 14 days of shipment/delivery, less shipping costs. All personalized items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. If you would like to exchange your non-personalized merchandise within the first 14 days you must contact Bella Mia Design Co. at firstname.lastname@example.org BEFORE returning your merchandise to receive authorization and return shipping information. All exchanges must include a copy of your invoice and must be insured when mailed back. Please note: we do not accept exchanges unless directly purchased from us.
Since all Bella Mia Design Co. items are custom made just for you, please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to be shipped.
We ship via the United States Postal Service unless a special request is made. Once the package is in the care of the delivery service, Bella Mia Design Co. is not responsible if the services do not deliver packages in time. The delivery service times are not something we can control. Please email us at email@example.com regarding any rushed orders and or special shipping requests. Let us know when you need it by, and if it is possible we will get back to you with an estimated delivery date and additional expedited shipping fees.
